This Privacy Policy explains how "Call My Creators" ("Call My Creators"; “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our mobile application, website, and video calling services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information: name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo, and password (stored in hashed form).

Identity and payout verification: for Creators, government-issued ID, tax information, and bank or payout account details, collected to comply with age-verification, anti-fraud, and payment regulations.

Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Call metadata: call duration, timestamps, participants, connection quality, and, where a recording feature is used with consent, the recording itself.

Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics (e.g., features used, session length).

Communications: messages you send through the Service, and correspondence with our support team.

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
• To connect Fans and Creators, facilitate bookings, and enable video calls.
• To process payments, payouts, and platform fees.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To improve app performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.
• To send service notifications, booking confirmations, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and KYC/AML laws.

Video calls on "Call My Creators" are transmitted using industry-standard real-time communication technology. We do not record or store the content of your calls unless a recording feature is explicitly offered in-app and all participants consent, or where retention is required for safety investigations, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

We may collect limited call metadata (such as start/end time and participants) for billing, quality monitoring, and support purposes, even when the call content itself is not recorded.

We may share your information with:

• Other users: your public profile information (username, photo, bio) is visible to other users as necessary to use the Service.
• Service providers: payment processors, cloud hosting, identity-verification vendors, analytics providers, and customer support tools, who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal and safety: law enforcement, regulators, or other third parties where required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of "Call My Creators", our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and financial recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most account information directly in the app under Settings, or contact us to make a request.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or your notification settings. You cannot opt out of essential service communications (e.g., booking confirmations, security alerts).

"Call My Creators" is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly and may terminate the associated account.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers). This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
