Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 17, 2026

"Call My Creators" has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page explains our standards, prevention measures, and how to report a concern.

In immediate danger? Contact local emergency services right away. To report suspected child sexual abuse material, contact the NCMEC CyberTipline at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678 (US), or your country’s equivalent authority.

1. Our Commitment

"Call My Creators" has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) in any form. This applies to every part of the "Call My Creators" platform, including profiles, video calls, messages, images, usernames, and bios.

This page describes the standards we hold our platform to, the minimum age to use "Call My Creators", how we work to prevent abuse, and how anyone — user or not — can report a concern.

2. Minimum Age and Verification

"Call My Creators" is an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, whether as a Fan or a Creator. "Call My Creators" is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by minors.

Creators are required to complete identity and age verification, using a government-issued ID and liveness check, before they can host paid video calls or receive payouts. We may also require age/identity verification from any user where we have reason to believe our age requirement may have been violated.

3. What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on "Call My Creators", with no exceptions:

  • Any image, video, live call content, drawing, or written description that sexualizes a minor, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
  • Any attempt to solicit, groom, or arrange contact with a minor for a sexual purpose.
  • Accounts belonging to, impersonating, or claiming to be a minor in a sexualized context, including “age play” content that sexualizes youthful appearance.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on or off the platform in connection with an"Call My Creators" account.
  • Using the platform to identify, contact, or extort a minor.

Any account associated with this kind of activity is permanently banned immediately upon detection, and we report the account and all associated evidence to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement, as required by law.

4. How We Work to Prevent Abuse

We apply layered safeguards across the platform, including:

  • Mandatory age and identity verification for all Creators before they can host calls or receive payouts.
  • Automated detection tools (including hash-matching against known CSAM databases, where applicable to stored media) applied to uploaded profile images and content.
  • Human safety review of reports, escalations, and flagged accounts.
  • Permanent bans and device/account-level blocks for confirmed violations, to prevent re-registration.
  • Ongoing staff training on recognizing and escalating suspected CSAE.

Because live one-to-one calls are not proactively recorded or monitored by default (see our Privacy Policy), enforcement relies heavily on account-level verification, in-app reporting, and rapid response to user reports — which is why reporting tools are available on every call and profile.

5. How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior on "Call My Creators" that you believe sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor, report it immediately using one of these methods:

  • In-app: use the “Report” button on any profile, call, or message — select “Child safety concern” for priority review.
  • Email: precticalbarasha@gmail.com — this inbox is monitored by our Trust & Safety team.
  • Mail: Zoo Rd, Tinali, Ambikagirinagar, Guwahati, Assam 781024, Attn: Trust & Safety.

You do not need an "Call My Creators" account to file a report. Reports involving imminent danger to a child should also be made directly to local law enforcement or emergency services.

You can also report suspected CSAE directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678 (US), or to the equivalent authority in your country.

6. What Happens After a Report

When a child safety report is submitted, our Trust & Safety team:

  1. Prioritizes the report for immediate review, ahead of standard support tickets.
  2. Suspends the reported account pending investigation where the report is credible.
  3. Preserves relevant account and content evidence in accordance with our legal obligations.
  4. Permanently bans confirmed violators and blocks re-registration.
  5. Reports confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE to NCMEC and/or law enforcement as legally required.

We do not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported user.

8. Point of Contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including inquiries from app store reviewers, regulators, and law enforcement, can be reached at precticalbarasha@gmail.com. General support questions should go to precticalbarasha@gmail.com instead.

9. Changes to This Page

We may update this page as our policies, tools, and legal obligations evolve. We encourage users and reviewers to check back periodically.
